Just hop on I-84 East towards La Grande and take Exit 216.

From spokane, WA

Just a skip down the Columbia River take Interstate 90 west to US -395 S. Continue to Pasco, WA take Interstate 182 west / US -395 south towards Richland/Pendleton. Take Exit 12A for US -395 south towards Kennewick/Pendleton. Continue on US -395 south and keep left at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 82 east Pendleton/Umatilla. Merge onto Interstate 82 east. Stay on the left 2 lanes to merge onto Interstate 84 east towards Pendleton.

From bend, or

Just a short drive up US-97 north to Biggs. Turn right to merge onto Interstate 84 east toward Pendleton. Take exit 216.

From boise, ID

Just a short drive down the scenic Blue Mountains. Hop on Interstate 84 West. Follow Interstate 84 West. Take exit 216
