Instructions and Rules:

We allow dancers to register for up to two (2) categories for which you qualify. There is no fee.
Registration for Dance Specials takes place on-site starting at 4pm on Friday, July 4.
You must provide a valid photo ID to claim any prize. We will scan/copy at time of win.
Dancers under 18 years of age must have their parent/guardian present to claim any prize.
A Social Security Number (SSN) is required to claim any prize. If you do not have your card, you may sign a substitute W9 form attesting your SSN.
Any dancer with a non-USA address (Canada), any age, must pay a mandatory 30% tax on any winnings. This withholding will take place at the awards ceremony. Prize money will be reduced by the taxable amount. For example, $1,000 first place, minus 30% will result in a $700 payout. A 1042S form will be issued at that time.
What is my contestant number? Numbers will be assigned and issued at the on-site registration area beginning at 4pm on Friday, July 4.
All Drummers (contest, non-contest, hand drum) register on-site beginning at 4pm on Friday, July 4.

Points are awarded as follows: Grand Entry = 50 points; Grand Exit = 50 points; Participation = 20 points (any dance requested by Arena Director such as Owl Dance); First Place Judged Points = 30 points; Second Place Judged Points = 25 points; Third Place Judged Points = 20 points; Fourth Place Judged Points = 15 points
