Host Drum: Sharpshooter, St. Paul, Minnesota
This three-day event features drumming, singing, and dancing by contestants from all over the United States and Canada. In addition, guests can look forward to Native American artisans, vendors, and delicious food including the crowd favorite – fry bread.
Since its beginning in 1994, the Wildhorse Pow Wow has remained a symbol of culture and open to all in the spirit of gathering. We look forward to hosting dancers, drummers, vendors, spectators and honored guests to share our culture.

Howie Miller is one of the funniest corporate and club comedians in North America. He is a First Nation Descendant of the Cree Nation and was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His quick wit and unique point of view on multi-ethnic stereotypes are enjoyed by all audiences and has garnered numerous television appearances and placed him in great demand on the corporate comedy circuit. Howie’s hilarious routine, mixed with stellar impressions has the audience laughing from start to finish. He was also featured on SHOWTIME and numerous appearances on Canadian TV.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Contest dance specials each day.
- No fees.
- Dancers may register for up to two categories and any specials for which they are eligible.
- Drum Day Pay available for first 20 drums to register, must register each day.
- Registration begins at 4pm on Friday for drums and dancers.
