JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation and management of the cineplex. Will lead operations to ensure and meet the customer needs and achieve revenue targets. Will achieve these results through efficient operations which are focused on fair people management systems and standard operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Shall promote customer satisfaction and return visits by ensuring prompt, friendly and efficient service.

2. Manage and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance coaching and counseling and communication.
 
3. Develop and manage cineplex budget, including forecasting revenue projections, managing costs and initiate action to drive business growth.

4. Develop business plan, identifying target goals, strategies, measures and benchmarks.
 
5. Will maintain a strong working relationship with the movie buyer, ensuring that orders are placed timely, and that the service details of the contract are met and maintained.

6. Responsible for setting movie times and schedules, including special showings or promotions.

7. Responsible for securing and maintaining equipment and materials for cineplex operations, including developing preventative maintenance schedules, handling repairs or replacements, coordinating with other departments service needs, etc., so cineplex operations are not hindered.

8. Coordinate with the warehouse, cineplex product and inventory needs, establishing vendor lists, product lists, par levels, etc.
 
9. Work with marketing on advertising and promotions and participate in marketing strategy meetings.
 
10. Monitors daily transaction reports-ticket sales, concessions sales, inventory counts, labor, etc., and addresses issues as needed including adjustments needed to stay profitable.
Ensures safety standards of the cineplex, including safe food handling practices, sanitation guidelines, and maintain an environment that is low risk for injury/illness of guests or employees.

11. Complies with all WRC and applicable CTUIR, and federal policies, codes, and procedures, including employee handbook, fiscal management policies, non-gaming operational manual, OSHA, and other related rules or guidelines.

12. Promotes the goals of WRC and the CTUIR, through career development opportunities.
 
13. Attends management team and other related meetings as directed.

14. Provides reports on cineplex operations as directed.

15. Stays current on trends in the cinema industry, including promotional ideas, vendors, technology, supplies, etc.
 
16. Other related duties as assigned.

ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:
1. All areas of cineplex

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Four (4) years of movie theatre management experience

 
2. Four (4) years of management experience with business planning, budgets, purchasing, and supervisory responsibilities.
 
3. Strong computer skills: able to independently operate in word, excel, internet and outlook.

4. Effective communication skills and able to: prepare professional business correspondance, verbally respond to others in a clear, concise manner and possess interpersonal skills that promote good working relationships with others.

5. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

6. Knowledgeable of health, safety and environmental regulations that apply to cineplex operations.

7. Working knowledgable of POS systems, including box office systems.

8. Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

9. Physically able to perform routine office work: sitting at a work station, performing repetitive motions of arms, wrists, hands and fingers; manuever throughout the facility monitoring operations, including walking up/down stairs, and demonstrate proper safety practices with bending, lifting, and manuevering equipment and materials up to 40 lbs.
 
10. Must pass a criminal background check.

Salary range for this position is DOQ

This position WILL NOT receive overtime pay
