Foundation Application
Please review the Foundation’s grant categories and geographical areas to determine if your project is eligible for consideration.  If so, complete the grant application entirely.

The Foundation’s Board of Directors meets quarterly to make awards.  There are four deadlines for application: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.  Please allow four months after the deadline date for your application to be processed, site visits and/or interviews to be scheduled where necessary, and the award determined.

Mail in your application to meet the appropriate deadline.  Applications sent by fax or sent electronically will not be accepted.  Personal visits by the applicant prior to or concurrent with submission of the application is seldom useful to either the applicant or the Foundation.  Applications that are not complete will be returned in their entirety to the applicant listing the missing information or materials.

Grant applications become the property of Wildhorse Foundation and will not be returned.  No receipt or acknowledgement of receipt of your grant application will be sent to you.  If you desire a receipt, submit your proposal by US certified mail, return receipt requested.

You may replicate the forms linked below on a word processor.  Please keep your responses to each of the questions at a maximum of 200 words.  Applications submitted with answers exceeding the word limit will not be considered.  Once completed, submit one original and 5 copies.
