Shrimp fra Diavolo

1lb Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1tsp Salt
1tsp Red Chili Flakes
1Tbl Olive Oil
1/4c Green or Sweet Onion
1c Tomatoes in juice
1/2c White Wine
3 Garlic Cloves, minced 1Tbl Oregano, fresh, 
2Tbl Parsley, fresh, chopped
2Tbl Basil, fresh, chopped
1lb Bucatini Pasta
1Tbl Parmesan, grated


Toss shrimp in a bowl with salt and chili flakes. Heat half the olive oil in sauté pan. Cook Shrimp until almost done all the way, set aside. Heat remaining portion of olive oil in pan and sauté onions, add wine and reduce. Add tomatoes, garlic and bring to simmer. Add in pasta, shrimp and oregano. Last minute toss Basil and Parsley. Plate and drizzle with EV Oil and grated parmesan to liking.



MOJO Fry Sauce
Fry sauce with a twist & a kick!

1c Ketchup
1 1/2c Mayo
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 TBL Granulated Garlic
1 Tbl Sugar
3/4 Tbl Horseradish
1 Tbl Sriracha
1 1/2 Tbl Dill Pickle Relish

Blend all ingredients together well, chill until ready to use.
