Strawberry Nutella Tiramisu

Ingredients:
8 Strawberries, sliced
3/4lb Mascarpone Cheese (Ricotta or cream cheese can be substituted)
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbl Honey
3 Tbl Nutella
1/4c Frangelico
2 Tbl Powdered Sugar
2 shots Espresso
12 Lady Fingers
Cocoa - sprinkle for garnish

Slice strawberries. In a mixer combine cheese that has been softened at  room temperature with vanilla, honey and Nutella. Mix until blended, scrap sides of bowl and mix again. This mixture can then be put into a pastry bag with large fluted 16mm tip.
Espresso sauce: put frangelico into pot and reduce by half, add sugar and espresso. Lay out lady fingers in a flat bottom pan and pour coffee mixture over them. Stack three lady fingers on plate like log pile, pipe 1/3 cup Nutella cheese mixture on plate next to pile. Garnish plate with sliced strawberries and cocoa. 
 

 


MOJO Fry Sauce
Fry sauce with a twist & a kick!

Ingredients
1c Ketchup
1 1/2c Mayo
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 TBL Granulated Garlic
1 Tbl Sugar
3/4 Tbl Horseradish
1 Tbl Sriracha
1 1/2 Tbl Dill Pickle Relish

Blend all ingredients together well, chill until ready to use.
