Please review the Foundation’s grant categories and geographical areas to determine if your project is eligible for consideration. If so, complete the grant application entirely.
The Foundation’s Board of Directors meets quarterly to make awards. There are four deadlines for applications: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
NOTE: Please allow four months after the deadline date for your application to be processed. Site visits and/or interviews may be scheduled.
IMPORTANT: Mail in your application to meet the appropriate deadline. Applications sent by fax or sent electronically will not be accepted. Personal visits by the applicant prior to or concurrent with submission of the application is seldom useful to either the applicant or the Foundation.
Applications that are not complete and do not include: 1) a detailed project budget; 2) detailed organizational budget or 3) an audited financial statement (or IRS 990 if your organization is not large enough for an audited financial statement), will have all submitted information returned to the applicant. A list of the missing information or materials will be included to help you in the process.

Grant applications become the property of Wildhorse Foundation and will not be returned. No receipt or acknowledgement of receipt of your grant application will be sent to you. If you desire a receipt, submit your proposal by US certified mail, return receipt requested.
You may replicate the forms linked below on a word processor. Please keep your responses to each of the questions at a maximum of 200 words. Applications submitted with answers exceeding the word limit will not be considered. Once completed, submit one original and 5 copies.
